Learn about M Rewards

Welcome to M Rewards, Metropolitan Theatres' rewards program. Earn Points on qualifying purchases and receive M Rewards that can be used on items you want like tickets, concessions, and bar service.

Some Quick Notes:  Please make sure to let the cashiers at both the box office and at concessions know that you are an M Rewards member to ensure points are processed prior to completing any transactions.  For online and mobile app ticket purchases, please make sure you are signed into your loyalty account before completing the transaction. 

There are no membership cards for M Rewards. Our team can pull up your account by using any of the following: name, mobile phone, email.

Upon fully completing your registration online, your free medium popcorn reward will be in your account and will be valid for 90 days.  To redeem it, on your next visit to the theatre, simply let the concession cashier know that you would like to use it as they will see it in your account.  

Earn 10 points for every qualifying dollar spent. Once you've reached 1000 points, you will receive a $5 reward which will be in your account.  This can be used on movie tickets, concessions and gift cards.  To redeem it, just let the cashier at the box office or concessions know when you would like to use it and they will apply it to your purchase.  You can also redeem your rewards for website and mobile app ticket purchases.

M REWARDS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

A. It’s free to join 1.

A. You must be 13 or over to join.

A. Simply log onto our website at www.metrotheatres.com from a desktop computer, smartphone or tablet. You click the M Rewards join now button and follow the prompts. At the box office, you can also sign up, but you will need to fully complete your registration online. Registration is not currently available at kiosk locations.

A. If you only sign up at the box office, you will earn points, but you won’t be able to use your rewards until you complete the registration process.

A. Yes, you can use it at any Metropolitan Theatre location.

A. When purchasing tickets online, make sure that you are logged in to your membership account. If you are not logged in, you won’t earn points. At the box office and concessions, provide your phone number associated with your account prior to purchase to earn points.
You will earn points on all qualifying purchases which include movie tickets, concession and bar service items. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the list of exemptions. On qualifying purchases, you will receive 10 points per $1 spent (pre-tax). Once you receive 1000 points, you will receive $5 in M Rewards in your account.

A. Points will be added nightly. Please allow up to 24 hours for points to appear.

A. Points expire after 2 years. Reward dollars expire after 1 year. Popcorn rewards (sign up, anniversary, and other similar rewards) will expire after 90 days.

A. We are unable to give points after a purchase if not signed in or information is not provided to the theatre/cashier at the time of purchase.

A. Points and rewards are non-transferable.

A. If you forgot your password, just click the reset/forgot password link on the M Rewards page at  www.metrotheatres.com and you will be prompted to reset it.

A. Rewards will appear in your account and will be visible to the cashier when you present your membership account information. Reminder, you must be fully registered to get your reward.

A. Yes, the cashier will offer you an upgrade option at the time of redemption.

A. Just provide your member phone number associated with your account at concessions to receive your free refill.

A. Yes, split payments with M Rewards dollars is not available on kiosks or for online ticket purchases. However, this will be changing, so please check back for updates.
